Slí Aonghusa – Retreat centre
Deirdre has been doing retreat work for the last ten years both on the island, mainland and abroad and was just about to open a retreat space called Slí Aonghusa before Covid arrived. She adjusts the progamms according to the needs of each individual group, but some information on types of courses are included below.
